Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Altruix's talent acquisition strategy while building a scalable, high-performing recruiting function to support organizational growth. This role combines strategic program development with hands-on recruiting execution and is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys creating processes, driving continuous improvement, and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.

Reporting to Human Resources leadership, the Talent Acquisition Manager will develop recruiting programs, establish hiring standards and metrics, strengthen employer branding, and improve the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. At the same time, this individual will remain actively involved in full-cycle recruiting, personally managing a significant portfolio of searches across pharmacy operations, corporate functions, and leadership positions.

Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing recruiting strategy and personally sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing difficult searches.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Hunt Valley office, with the expectation that you'll be onsite 2–3 days per week.

Compensation for this role ranges from $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll help lay the foundation for a scalable recruiting function while remaining actively involved in hiring every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Function Development

Lead the continued development of Altruix's Talent Acquisition function by creating scalable recruiting processes, tools, and standards that support current and future business growth. Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase hiring quality, reduce time-to-fill, and elevate the overall recruiting experience. Including but not limited to:

  • Developing standardized recruiting workflows, interview guides, and candidate evaluation tools.
  • Establishing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluating recruiting technologies, sourcing methodologies, and operational processes to maximize effectiveness.
  • Building talent pipelines and long-term sourcing strategies for critical positions.
  • Supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Developing partnerships with schools, professional organizations, and industry groups to strengthen future talent pipelines.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Personally lead full-cycle recruitment activities for a diverse portfolio of exempt and non-exempt positions across pharmacy, operations, corporate, and leadership functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and selection activities.
  • Coordinating interviews, managing offers, and facilitating successful onboarding transitions.
  • Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and relationship management.
  • Managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining speed, quality, and strong stakeholder communication.

Business Partnership

Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for talent acquisition by providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process. Build strong relationships with leaders across the business and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate selection, market trends, and hiring decisions.

Partner closely with Human Resources to support workforce planning initiatives, organizational growth, succession planning, and overall talent strategy.

Continuous Improvement

Continuously evaluate recruiting outcomes and recommend improvements that strengthen hiring effectiveness and operational efficiency. Leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies, reduce agency utilization, improve hiring quality, and enhance the overall recruiting function.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting professional and leadership positions.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience building or improving recruiting processes, programs, or talent acquisition operations strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics
