The Production Packaging Associate is responsible for operating packaging equipment, monitoring production lines, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. They must also maintain a clean work environment, manage inventory levels, and adhere to all safety and manufacturing policies.
Candidates should possess basic mathematical and computer skills, with a high school diploma or GED preferred. The role requires the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a loud, industrial environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The
noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal
changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
