The Collections Agent manages accounts receivable by contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolving billing inquiries. They are responsible for maintaining accurate account records and escalating delinquent accounts according to company procedures.
Candidates should possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting and at least 2 years of experience in AR collections. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required, with a preference for experience in Revenue Cycle Management.

Summary
The Collections Agent is responsible for supporting accounts receivable collection activities through accurate account maintenance, customer communication, and timely follow-up on outstanding balances. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status while ensuring data accuracy and excellent customer service.
