You will assume leadership for patient condition assessments and the development of care plans. Additionally, you will provide clinical care under physician direction while educating patients and their families.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current state license and at least one year of acute care experience. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are also required for this role.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:15am - 5:00pm; Evening/Weekend/Holiday Rotation

HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You’ll assume ultimate accountability and leadership for the assessment of the patient condition and plan of care. You will case manage and provide clinical care under the direction of the physician. You’ll educate patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. You will work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time. You'll be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.
REQUIREMENTS:
Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment
Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting. Home care experience preferred
Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
Capable of all physical demands
