Lead all phases of construction from groundbreaking to closeout, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors while maintaining a strict safety-first culture and high quality of workmanship.
Requires 5+ years of construction experience with direct supervisory responsibility running jobsites. Must possess strong skills in reading blueprints, organizational instincts, and a proven track record of managing multifamily projects.
