Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA. Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans while recording skill acquisition and behavior data.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess or be willing to obtain RBT certification. Must pass background checks, drug tests, and TB tests, and have reliable transportation with insurance.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will work directly under a BCBA/BCaBA to ensure clients are steadily making progress and meet the high-quality standards of care determined by BACB Ethical Standards and Alphabet Soup ABA Pediatric Behavioral Services. RBTs/BTs will run programming individually developed for each client using research-based methods of applied behavioral analysis to increase communication, socialization, attending skills, academic toleration, daily living skills, and overall quality of life. This will be done by consistently implementing the individualized treatment plan, behavior intervention plan, recording skills acquisition and behavior data, and other records in a timely manner.
