The BCBA will establish and lead their own independent ABA practice, maintaining full control over clinical care, scheduling, and staffing. They will utilize Alpaca's infrastructure for administrative tasks, insurance billing, and payroll management.
Candidates must be experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who desire autonomy and practice ownership. They should be ready to transition from traditional employment to building and managing their own clinical business.
