The Associate Director will drive pharmacometrics strategy across major programs and ensure the quality and accuracy of all PK/PD deliverables. They will also represent the pharmacometrics function in project teams and contribute to departmental goals through innovative methodology development.
Candidates must hold a PhD with at least 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 11 years of experience in a relevant field. Strong technical skills in modeling and simulation, combined with proven project management and strategic thinking abilities, are required.

The Associate Director, Pharmacometrics will act as an internally and externally recognized pharmacometrician by driving pharmacometrics (PMx) strategy, performing PMx analyses and representing PMx in project teams. They will continuously and consistently develop, implement, and promote innovative PMx methodologies/approaches and provide consultancy and expert advice to other stakeholders. Develop PMx strategy for projects and indications.
