Ensamblar los dispositivos electromecánicos para cumplir con la demanda requerida por el departamento
de planning, siguiendo las normas de calidad, procedimientos aplicables y los requisitos de seguridad e
higiene.
Pricipales responsabilidades
• Interpretar la documentación etiquetas, procedimientos, diagramas, ordenes de producción,
instrucciones de trabajo para iniciar el ensamblaje de dispositivos electromecánicos,
Subconjuntos y productos de dispositivos médicos.
• Ensamblar piezas mecánicas, eléctricas y electrónicas pequeñas en subconjuntos y conjuntos
electromecánicos avanzados para cumplir con la demanda establecida por el departamento
de planning.
• Manipular equipo y herramientas como destornilladores, alicates, llaves, cortadores,
maquinas de soldadura entre otros para asegurar el correcto ensamblaje de los dispositivos
electromecánicos.
• Asegurar el conocimiento del proceso de ensamblado y las tareas del puesto a través del
cumplimiento de los entrenamientos asignados.
• Mantener el puesto de trabajo en óptimas condiciones, con el fin de trabajar en un ambiente
seguro y ordenado.
• Reportar al supervisor o la persona designada cualquier anomalía o mejora que exista en el
proceso, a fin de reducir la cantidad de producto no conforme.
• Cumplir con los indicadores del área y así asegurar el cumplimiento del conjunto de
indicadores de Indice Perfecto a nivel planta.
• Apoyar la ejecución de trabajos experimentales y/o procesos de validación según los
requerimientos de la empresa.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos y legales de EHS, mediante el
acatamiento de la política y los procedimientos internos. Así mismo, el cumplimiento de
tareas, controles internos, comunicaciones y entrenamientos necesarios de acuerdo con su
plan curricular.
• Mejorar continuamente los resultados de EHS a través del liderazgo, el compromiso y la
participación de todas las iniciativas relacionadas con EHS.
• Ejecutar, todas las demás funciones inherentes al cargo y aquellas asignadas por el jefe
inmediato, con el fin de aprovechar los recursos del área de la mejor manera.
• Noveno año aprobado en Educación Media. Deseable bachillerato secundaria
• Técnico en electrónica (Deseable).
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en procesos Manufactura de dispositivos médicos.
• Al menos 1 año de Experiencia en procesos de ensamblaje de dispositivos electromecánicos. (Deseable)
• Pasaporte y Visa al día (indispensable)
• Habilidad numérica a nivel intermedio.
• Buena coordinación mano-ojo.
• Capacidad intermedia para entender textos, diagramas y dibujos técnicos.
• Capacidad para trabajar solo o en equipo.
• Capacidad de atención al detalle y concentración a nivel avanzado
• Capacidad avanzada para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos.
• Dedos agiles para manejo de piezas pequeñas y herramientas manuales.
• Buena percepción de los colores.
• Alto Razonamiento Mecánico (habilidad para identifica como funciona un sistema).
• Conocimiento básico en Microsoft Office (Power point, Word, Excel).
• Agudeza Visual: Visión normal 20/20 (de ser necesario con lentes) es requerido para la posición.
