The Technical Shift Lead will manage and mentor a manufacturing team to ensure high-quality, compliant production in a biologics fill-finish facility. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in batch processing, automation, or validation within an FDA/HPRA-regulated industry. A bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field is required, along with comprehensive knowledge of cGMP and aseptic processing principles.
