The Project Manager oversees full-cycle restoration projects from initial emergency mitigation through final reconstruction and closeout. They are responsible for managing budgets, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and maintaining relationships with insurance partners and customers.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in restoration project management and strong knowledge of IICRC standards and insurance claim processes. Proficiency in Xactimate and MS Office, along with a valid driver's license, is required.
