The Staff Accountant manages day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations across multiple entities. They are also responsible for tax filings, vendor payments, and reconciling POS systems to ensure financial accuracy.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or restaurant environment. Proficiency in GAAP, advanced Excel, and accounting software like QuickBooks is required.
