The Master Planner/Scheduler develops and executes the master production schedule for a precision CNC machining job shop to ensure optimal throughput and capacity utilization. This role acts as the central coordinator between departments to manage material availability, outside processes, and compliance with defense industry standards.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing or defense environment. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with defense compliance requirements like ITAR and AS9100 are essential.
