Develop accurate and competitive estimates for self-perform framing and drywall scopes while performing detailed takeoffs. Coordinate with architects, owners, and field personnel to manage the preconstruction process and ensure client deliverables are met.
Requires 2-5 years of estimating experience, specifically with framing and drywall, and proficiency in takeoff software like Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff. Experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
