Candidates should have experience in heat exchanger assembly or similar industrial work, with a strong technical or mechanical interest. Required certifications include a driver's license (AM), forklift license (A), and an overhead crane license.

Small ska vara en leverantör av plattvärmeväxlare i världsklass. Vi ska erbjuda våra kunder produkter med rätt kvalitet, i rätt tid och till ett konkurrenskraftigt pris.
Som montör deltar du i produktionen av våra kundanpassade och mer komplexa värmeväxlare. På avdelningen arbetar ni nära hela produktionskedjan, vilket innebär att du är med och påverkar processen från första monteringsmomentet hela vägen fram till den färdiga produkten. Det finns både manuella stationer och mer automatiserade delar där vi gärna ser att du är en del av båda.
I ditt ansvar ingår att:
Administration i form av rapportering av utfört arbete samt dokumentation till kund görs i vårt affärssystem. Säkerhet, Kvalitet, Leveranssäkerhet och Kostnad är ledord inom vårt produktionssystem ALPS och utgör den grund vår produktion bygger på. I ALPS ingår du i det viktiga arbetet med förbättringar, 5S och standardiserat arbetssätt. Det är därför av största vikt att du är intresserad av att både utveckla dig själv och vår verksamhet.
Vi söker flertalet personer och arbetstiderna är förlagda på dagtid. Du erbjuds en tillsvidareanställning och du blir anställd direkt av Alfa Laval. Lernia sköter enbart rekryteringsprocessen.
Som person är du ansvarsfull, noggrann och trivs med att arbeta i en grupp med högt arbetstempo. Du är en kundfokuserad och kvalitetsmedveten lagspelare som också kan arbeta självständigt och fatta egna beslut. Du är driven, har en vilja att utvecklas och strävar ständigt efter att utveckla både ditt eget arbete och verksamheten i stort. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av montage av värmeväxlare eller från liknande industriell verksamhet. Har du ett tekniskt eller mekaniskt intresse ser vi det som meriterande. Du är van vid att använda handverktyg och har en positiv inställning till praktiskt arbete. För tjänsten krävs dessutom goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
