Votre mission
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance, vous assurez la coordination opérationnelle des activités de révision du matériel roulant. Véritable relais terrain, vous veillez au bon déroulement des interventions, à la sécurité des opérations et au respect des délais de production.
Vos principales responsabilités
Coordonner au quotidien les activités des techniciens de maintenance et des prestataires externes.
Organiser et suivre l'avancement des opérations de révision.
Animer les points d'équipe et relayer les informations opérationnelles auprès des collaborateurs.
Apporter un support technique et organisationnel aux équipes en cas de difficulté.
Participer à la préparation des entrées en révision et aux différentes étapes clés de production.
Contrôler la qualité et la conformité des travaux réalisés.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des activités.
Assurer la continuité de l'activité en collaboration avec les fonctions support (planification, méthodes, qualité, logistique, sécurité, etc.).
Votre profil
Formation technique en maintenance industrielle, ferroviaire ou domaine équivalent.
Expérience significative dans un environnement de maintenance ou de production industrielle.
Capacité à coordonner plusieurs intervenants et à piloter des activités terrain.
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et idéalement d'une GMAO.
Lecture de plans et de documents techniques.
