The Student Recruitment Representative manages the full admissions process for the Career Skills and SkillBridge programs, from initial outreach to enrollment. They are responsible for conducting campus tours, maintaining accurate student records in QuickBase, and coordinating with the VA and base education centers.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a drug screen and MVR check. Experience in recruiting, administrative functions, and public speaking is desired, along with a strong understanding of military culture.
Description
Student Recruitment Representatives (SRRs) are mission-critical to Airstreams Renewables, Inc.’s (ARI’s) success, serving as the key point of contact for student candidates from first contact through program enrollment. SRRs drive enrollment numbers, maintain strict data accuracy, and report critical metrics to ARI leadership, Education Center staff, and Transition Readiness personnel. Success in this position directly supports ARI’s mission to equip transitioning prospective students with high-demand career skills.
