The Staff Platform Manager will define the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the Loyalty & Incentives platform to enable scalable membership and incentive programs. They will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, partnerships, and business teams to integrate platform capabilities and drive global business impact.
Candidates must have 9-17 years of product management experience with a focus on loyalty or incentive platforms and enterprise-level B2B2C systems. A strong track record in defining partner integration strategies and managing complex, multi-market regulatory environments is required.

The Platform team plays the role of conductor, bringing together engineers, designers, and partnerships to build great product experiences.
Our Payments Platform Managers own outcomes across foundation, growth, and empowerment, setting the vision and strategy, defining the Platform roadmap, and driving execution. We are building foundational loyalty and incentives platform capabilities that require expertise in consumer loyalty programs and B2B2C incentives platforms. The Staff Platform Manager, Loyalty Platform lead will own the platform strategy and vision for enabling internal and partner teams to offer new loyalty and membership offers for guests and hosts across the world.
