Put your HVAC expertise to work in a role where your knowledge—not just your tools—makes the difference.
If you're a licensed 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic or an experienced HVAC installer, service technician, or maintenance professional, you already understand what customers need from air handling equipment.
Now imagine using that expertise to help customers solve complex ventilation and air handling challenges—without spending every day climbing ladders or responding to emergency service calls.
At Air Wise Sales, you'll work alongside our engineering team to help design custom air handling solutions for commercial and industrial applications throughout North America.

- Stay in HVAC without staying on the tools. Apply your years of field experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Your experience matters. Customers trust people who have installed, serviced, and troubleshot HVAC equipment.
- Learn custom air handling systems. Work alongside experienced engineers and manufacturing professionals to become an expert in custom AHUs.
- No emergency service calls. Predictable schedule with limited travel and no on-call rotation.
- Excellent earning potential. Competitive salary plus uncapped commission rewards your success.
- Help shape better equipment. Your field experience directly influences solutions that work in the real world.
