The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services to ensure the quality and curb appeal of apartment homes. They must also respond to customer service requests and maintain accurate records of all completed tasks.
Candidates should have at least one year of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. A high school diploma is preferred, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 60 lbs and climbing ladders is required.
