The HR Generalist/Recruiter is responsible for managing employment functions, policy interpretation, and day-to-day employee relations. They also oversee the recruitment and selection process for both exempt and nonexempt positions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible human resources management experience is required.

Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedure interpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by development of effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, administration, or other applicable degree program.
Experience: Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
Other: Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws
Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
