Responsibilities
Provee servicios clínicos directos a pacientes psiquiátricos y sus familiares de acuerdo con las políticas establecidas en el Sistema de Salud Mental. Mantiene la asignación de casos designada por un Coordinador Clínico. Provee terapia Multifamiliar cuando es requerido por el programa de servicios donde está asignado. Establece y coordina el alta y continuidad de cuidado de los pacientes asignados tomando en consideración sus fortalezas y debilidades, los recursos de apoyo de la familia y la comunidad. Utiliza los recursos del Sistema de Salud Mental para atender los problemas sociales, psiquiátricos y psicológicos de los pacientes. Trabaja bajo la supervisión directa del Coordinadora de Servicios Clínicos y la dirección profesional de un psiquiatra quien es el líder del equipo de Interdisciplinario y del Coordinador de Enfermería o Administrador.

Maestría Trabajo Social Clínico
Licencia Permanente del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.
Colegiación del Colegio de Trabajadores Sociales de Puerto Rico vigente
Dos (2) años de experiencia en ambiente psiquiátrico
Preferiblemente bilingüe (español e inglés)
Conocimiento de principios clínicos, éticos de terapia individual, familiar y grupal.
Excelentes destrezas de comunicación oral y escrita
