Responsibilities
Under the direction of a radiologist and defined protocols, performs and assists with diagnostic ultrasound procedures without constant supervision. Responsible for initiating technical procedures such as abdominal, small parts, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound scans. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed sound waves for diagnosis or intervention. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Demonstrates service excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
