AHS, a leading name in luxury real estate development, is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Sales to lead the overall sales function and drive revenue growth across its prestigious portfolio of luxury developments.

This executive-level role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maximizing sales performance, building a high-performing sales organization, and ensuring exceptional experiences for high-net-worth clients and investors. The Head of Sales will provide strategic direction, optimize sales processes, strengthen market presence, and drive business results while maintaining AHS’s position as a leading luxury real estate developer.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading luxury real estate sales teams, a strong network within the UAE property market, and a proven track record of achieving exceptional sales performance within high-value developments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with AHS’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the overall sales function, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, sales goals, and market expansion objectives.
• Establish sales strategies for luxury residential projects, including launches, inventory management, and market positioning.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales organization focused on excellence and results.
• Define sales processes, standards, and best practices to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, forecasts, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Drive broker engagement strategies and strengthen relationships with key brokerage networks.
• Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to support successful project launches and sales campaigns.
• Lead negotiations for major transactions and support the team in closing high-value deals.
• Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey, aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to measure and improve sales effectiveness.
• Represent AHS at industry events, investor meetings, and strategic networking opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in luxury real estate sales, with significant leadership experience.

Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving exceptional revenue results in high-end property developments.

Strong understanding of the UAE luxury real estate market and high-net-worth clientele.

Extensive network of investors, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale residential sales portfolios and successful project launches.

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

Ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.

RERA certification is preferred.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
