Provide direct spiritual care and assessments to hospice patients and their families to improve quality of life. Coordinate with community chaplains and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop individualized care plans.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited seminary or school of theology and experience working with death and dying. Must possess a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle for home visits.

That’s why we have a diverse team of experienced professionals to offer a broad range of services.
As a Hospice Chaplain with Madrona Hospice Care, you will be bringing compassionate, hands-on support directly into patients' homes. Responsible for the provision of spiritual care services to patients and families/caregivers of either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors for making a real difference in their quality of life.
We value teamwork, empathy, and a commitment to high-quality service, all aimed at putting patients and their families at ease during their transition. Please note that this role is per diem with a rate of $40 - $50 per visit.
