The specialist is responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) cases under the No Surprises Act. This includes gathering evidence, tracking deadlines, and communicating with providers and health plans.
Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience with the federal IDR submission process and a strong understanding of relevant regulations. Proficiency in Excel and experience with medical specialties like anesthesia or emergency medicine is preferred.
