The Community Director is responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and culture of the Affinity at Puyallup community. This includes leading the on-site team, managing leasing activities, and ensuring high standards of resident satisfaction and property maintenance.
Candidates should have prior multifamily property management experience and a strong understanding of financial statements and budgets. Proficiency in property management software and excellent communication skills are required to effectively lead the team and build rapport with residents.

We are hiring for a people-focused Community Director for our 62 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Puyallup. As the Community Director, you will be responsible for building a strong rapport with our residents, prospects, Portfolio Manager, and on-site team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the community while maintaining the maximum revenue potential of the property.

A professional, relationship-focused Community Director who can effectively carry out the daily operations of the community while leading a team and building rapport with residents.
