The Set Up Technician is responsible for mold changes, machine setup, and process adjustments to ensure high-quality production of plastic components. They collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and troubleshoot molding defects.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in injection molding setup. Proficiency in operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and understanding molding defects is required.

Position Summary
The Set Up Technician is responsible for mold changes, machine setup, startup, shutdown, and basic process adjustments to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of injection molded plastic components. This position works closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize machine performance.
