Requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years of maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Must possess strong technical skills in electrical systems, automation, and metal fabrication.

This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Aero Aggregates was created as the first vertically-integrated, U.S.-based company to produce lightweight aggregate from 100% recycled glass. Today’s civil engineering challenges include constructing on soft soils, reducing lateral earth pressures, decreasing loads on structures, and protecting underground utilities.
