The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Quality Plans and overseeing all quality issues. This includes monitoring site QA/QC activities, leading audits, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with agency specifications.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, specifically for those with a bridge construction background. A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction quality management and certification from ASQ or ASCE is preferred.

Position Overview — Construction Quality Manager
Quality Manager: The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Quality Plan and for the management and oversight of all Quality issues. Certification in Quality Management from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or the American Society of Civil Engineers, or other demonstrated relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in quality management activities is required.
