The Wellness Instructor provides restorative care and exercise programs to patients under the direction of the therapy team. Responsibilities include assisting with ambulation, transfers, mobility, and daily living activities to improve patient wellness.
Candidates must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a background in exercise or fitness training for senior populations.
