Collaborate with the rehab therapy team to deliver individualized wellness, fitness, and exercise programs for patients. Manage a dedicated restorative caseload focusing on mobility, range of motion, and daily living activities.
Must hold a current CNA certification in the state of practice. A high school diploma and specialty certifications in fitness or exercise training are preferred.
