Lead and deliver civil infrastructure projects across defence, transport, energy, and land development sectors. Manage technical quality, budgets, and client relationships while providing mentorship to junior engineers.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 10-15 years of experience and preferred CPEng, RPEQ, and NER registrations. Must have strong knowledge of Australian standards (QUDM, SEQ Code, Austroads) and experience with government and defence clients.

With an exciting pipeline of projects, AECOM’s Civil Infrastructure team has exciting opportunities for a Principal Civil Engineers in our high-tech Brisbane or Gold Coast office.
You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia. You will contribute to the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, from feasibility and concept design to detailed design and construction. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll play a key part in ensuring technical excellence and project success.
Due to our client requirements to work on defence projects, this role will require an ability to meet baseline clearance criteria, therefore Australian Citizenship will be required.
