Provide contract administration and document management support for transportation and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with FDOT standards. Responsibilities include processing pay applications, managing project records, and coordinating with stakeholders to monitor project progress.
Requires a combination of education and experience (up to 8 years for HS/GED or 4 years for BA/BS), US citizenship, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include CTQP Final Estimates Level II certification and experience with 3D Modeling and CADD.

AECOM is currently seeking to hire an experienced CEI Contract Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential support for multiple transportation and infrastructure projects in the Orlando, FL area. In this role, the selected candidate will assist with a wide range of contract administration and project documentation tasks, including reviewing contractor submittals, preparing and maintaining project records, and monitoring compliance with FDOT standards.
