The Project Delivery Manager assists clients with FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation programs following federal disasters. Responsibilities include identifying projects, developing project worksheets, and ensuring compliance with FEMA regulations and deadlines.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least 6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in FEMA policies, project documentation, and the ability to pass background and substance abuse checks are required.

AECOM is looking for a Public Assistance (PA) Project Delivery Manager to join our team to be scheduled/deployed as work becomes available. A Public Assistance (PA) Project Delivery Manager will assist local, state, tribal, and/or territorial clients with FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation following a presidentially declared federal disaster. In this role, individuals will be responsible for working directly with clients to identify and develop projects, providing technical support and expertise in the development, submittal, and coordination of project documentation for FEMA review and approval. This position will be offered on a contingent basis, pending client request.
The Public Assistance (PA) Project Delivery Manager responsibilities are as follows:
