The Bridge Inspection Team Leader will perform field inspections in accordance with NBIS standards and oversee inspection teams while mentoring junior staff. They will also complete load ratings, perform structural design for bridge rehabilitation, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and project objectives.
Candidates must hold a degree (BA/BS, AS, or HS/GED) with 4 to 8 years of related experience and possess a valid US driver's license. The role requires FHWA/NHI Safety Inspection of In-service Bridges certification and the ability to travel frequently for field operations.

The AECOM North Carolina Transportation team is seeking a Bridge Inspector Team Lead to join our growing structural and transportation group located in Raleigh, NC. This role will support the planning, analysis, design, and rehabilitation of bridges and related transportation structures across a variety of public-sector projects.
