The Senior Highway Design Engineer leads the technical delivery of highway design packages, providing engineering leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and mentoring for junior staff. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements while maintaining project budgets and technical excellence.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 8–12 years of relevant highway design experience, with strong expertise in UAE infrastructure projects. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Bentley OpenRoads, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD is required, along with knowledge of RTA and AASHTO design standards.

The Senior Highway Design Engineer leads the technical delivery of highway design packages across all project stages, providing engineering leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, mentoring of junior staff, and direct client engagement.
