The Senior Technical Lead will provide technical oversight for microgrid, BESS, and renewable energy projects, including planning, feasibility, design, and construction. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, developing cost estimates, and coordinating interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience in energy services. Proficiency in microgrid architecture, energy storage systems, and industry-standard software like Homer PRO or Helioscope is required.

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead for Microgrid and Battery Energy Storage to join our growing Energy Team. This position is HYBRID.
This position will provide technical oversight and also perform technical tasks for planning, feasibility, design and construction projects on a variety of projects focusing on Microgrid, BESS and renewable energy projects.
The successful candidate should be a dynamic, self-directed individual with an excellent understanding of developing, designing and implementing microgrid solutions for a wide variety of end-uses.

AECOM’s Energy practice provides a wide range of services from consulting and engineering design to energy engineering, energy procurement and construction (EPC) for power, energy efficiency, oil and gas, nuclear, and renewable energy clients.
