The engineer will support planning, studies, and design tasks for municipal drinking water treatment facilities under the supervision of senior staff. They will also analyze engineering data, perform process evaluations, and prepare technical reports for clients and regulatory review.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering and have at least 2 years of related experience. Eligibility for registration as an Engineer in Training (EIT) in British Columbia is required.

As part of our continued growth, AECOM is seeking a Water Treatment Engineer/EIT to join our BC Water Team. This new role is well suited to an early career engineer who is interested in developing practical, applied water treatment expertise while working under the guidance of experienced technical leaders.
This position may be based in Kelowna, Burnaby, or Victoria; however, there is a strong preference for this role to be located in Kelowna to support the ongoing growth and long-term development of our Interior BC water practice. The successful candidate will contribute to water treatment studies, evaluations, and designs that support safe, resilient, and sustainable communities across British Columbia.
