Process prescription orders and handle inbound/outbound calls to provide high-quality customer service to patients. Educate patients on medications and drive revenue through the recommendation and upselling of OTC sinus treatment products.
Requires 2+ years of experience in a contact center or sales environment with a proven track record of meeting performance metrics. Proficiency in navigating web-based platforms like Salesforce and Google Suite is essential, though healthcare experience is not required.

Your Role as a Patient Service and Sales Call Center Representative:
You'll communicate directly with new Advanced Rx patients over the phone to process their prescription orders while providing best-in-class customer service. You will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive their compound medication prescriptions promptly, ensuring patient satisfaction, and helping drive new patient revenue and OTC sales.
