The Area Coach is responsible for the overall operations of assigned restaurants, including quality, service, inventory, and financial performance. They direct the recruitment, development, and coaching of restaurant teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Candidates must have at least three years of restaurant management experience and four years of multi-unit leadership experience. An associate degree is required, though relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of higher education.

The Region Coach has overall responsibility for the operations of assigned restaurants including quality, service, inventory, sanitation, and sales. The Region Coach directs the recruitment, retention and development of the Area Coaches and their teams.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are dependent on the needs of the business and must be fully-flexible and available to address urgent situations, as needed.
Required Education and Experience
1. Associates Degree
