Provide organizational and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams, including managing social media, CRM, and event coordination. Handle general office administration, guest reception, and support HR tasks such as onboarding and applicant management.
Requires a commercial vocational training, a degree, or a comparable qualification with a preference for initial experience in administration or marketing. Must be proficient in MS Office, fluent in German, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Die Adsorbus GmbH entwickelt neuartige Adsorptionskältemaschinen für eine nachhaltige und effiziente Kälteversorgung. Unsere Technologie nutzt Wasser als natürliches Kältemittel und kostenlose Abwärme als Antriebsenergie. Dadurch können gegenüber konventionellen Kältemaschinen bis zu 80 % Strom und CO₂ eingespart werden.
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Teamassistenz (m/w/d), die Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben mitbringt. In dieser Position arbeitest Du eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie unserem Sales- und Marketingteam zusammen und trägst aktiv zu einem reibungslosen Tagesgeschäft und dem weiteren Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei.
Du unterstützt unser Sales- und Marketingteam bei organisatorischen, administrativen und kommunikativen Aufgaben und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft.
Du interessierst Dich für Energieeffizienz und Klimaschutz und möchtest Teil eines engagierten Teams in einem spannenden Zukunftsmarkt werden.
