They know a ton about cars, and love to talk about them - explaining to our clients what they need to know in a way they can understand. Compensation: The hourly compensation range for this position is listed in the "Job Details" section at the bottom of this posting. This position is eligible for additional compensation pursuant to ACV’s incentive compensation plan: the average monthly incentive earned by VCI's in this territory in 2025 was $638.00. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and performance (for incentive pay), and other factors as permitted by law.
