Ensure the quality of products and services provided by suppliers by implementing quality management system processes and conducting on-site audits. Identify root causes of non-conformities and collaborate with suppliers to optimize processes and reduce defects.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in French and English is mandatory, and expertise in FMEA and root cause analysis is required.
En tant que spécialiste qualité fournisseur, joue un rôle clé dans l’assurance de la qualité des produits ou services fournis par nos fournisseurs. Contribue à garantir que les produits respectent les normes de qualité, ce qui peut avoir un impact positif sur la satisfaction des clients et la réputation de l’entreprise.
Mettre en œuvre, former et apporter un soutien régulier aux fournisseurs concernant les processus du système de gestion de la qualité de Distech Contrôles et les concepts de qualité dans les usines, au besoin.
Sélection & Critères : Évaluer la capacité des fournisseurs et définir les normes de qualité, spécifications techniques et exigences de performance en collaboration avec les équipes Achats, R&D et Production.
Audit & Évaluation : Effectuer des inspections sur site, analyser les processus de fabrication et assurer le suivi rigoureux des plans d’action correctifs.
Gestion de la Qualité : Identifier les causes profondes des non-conformités, collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour mettre en place des solutions pérennes et prévenir les récurrences.
Performance & Amélioration : Piloter des indicateurs de performance (KPI), anticiper les risques et accompagner les fournisseurs dans l’optimisation de leurs processus et la réduction des défauts.
Relations Fournisseurs : Maintenir une communication éthique et collaborative pour favoriser la qualité, la capacité et l’innovation.
Formation : Baccalauréat en ingénierie (électrique/électronique) ou expérience équivalente. Atouts : Gestion de la qualité, Certification auditeur, Lean Six Sigma.
Expérience : 5 à 10 ans dans un poste similaire.
Compétences techniques : Expert en AMDEC, analyse de causes profondes et méthodologies de résolution de problèmes.
Langues : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais (oral/écrit). L’espagnol est un atout.
Soft Skills : Leadership, esprit d’analyse, excellente communication interpersonnelle, agilité et autonomie.
Conditions : Déplacements fréquents (jusqu’à 50 %), incluant à l’international. Permis de conduire valide requis.
