The Hospice RN coordinates the implementation of hospice plans of care as part of an Interdisciplinary Team. They ensure the professional and compassionate needs of terminally ill participants and their families are met according to physician orders.
Candidates must hold a current State Registered Nurse (RN) license and have 2-3 years of experience in hospice or related clinical fields like geriatrics or oncology. CPR certification is required, and certification in hospice and palliative nursing is strongly encouraged within two years.

Acts Hospice is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Registered Nurse (RN) position.
The Hospice RN is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and is responsible to coordinate the implementation of each hospice plan of care. The Hospice RN ensures that the needs of the hospice participant and family are professionally and compassionately met according to the attending physician’s orders and the IDT Plan of Care. The Hospice RN also serves as an advocate and educator for improved care of all people who are terminally ill.
