Active Day serves individuals ages 18 and older who receive home and community-based services that promote socialization and optimal health while helping our members stay in the community and avoid long-term care placements!

Job Summary
The Center Director directs the team and operations of an adult day health center, ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our members in accordance with Company, state and regulatory guidelines. Oversees all functions and services, including strategic planning and development, programming, marketing, staff management, administrative decision-making, fiscal responsibility, and in some centers, transportation services. The Center Director is expected to lead by example - being a strategic, proactive, productive and thoughtful leader; maintaining a positive environment for team members and members; and always working to enhance the health and happiness of the people we serve and those who care for them.

At Active Day Adult Services, we offer services to seniors and adults with physical limitations, in a stimulating environment during the day. Our experienced adult medical day care staff has the ability to monitor your health and help with daily activities, including personal care and administration of medications. Our clients enjoy our delicious and nutritious meals daily, as well as activities, trips, and new friendships. Our onsite nurse and social worker will make sure all of your needs are attended to well after you have left our facility. The facility operates in two sessions, from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and from 1:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, allowing program participants and caregivers flexible options while planning attendance and care.
