Lead the planning and execution of clinical supply activities for radiopharmaceutical programs to ensure uninterrupted product supply. Develop end-to-end supply strategies, manage just-in-time logistics, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field and 5+ years of experience in clinical supply within biotech or pharma. Strong preference for candidates with experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or time-critical supply chains.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Drug Supply Manager, Radiopharmaceuticals, to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical supply activities for our radiopharmaceutical programs. This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted supply of investigational products across clinical sites, while navigating the unique logistical and regulatory challenges of radiopharmaceuticals, including short half-lives and specialized handling requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems and processes rather than inheriting them. Success will require adaptability, resourcefulness, and a willingness to take ownership beyond traditional job boundaries. We are seeking an individual who views challenges as opportunities and is excited by the prospect of helping shape the future operating model of a growing radiopharmaceutical company. This position will report to our Head of Clinical Operations. This position can be located in Oslo, Norway, EU remote, or USA with a preference for candidates in the east coast time zone.

Actithera offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward both performance and expertise through market-based, results-driven pay.
For this role, the anticipated base salary range for US hires is $130,000 – $180,000, complemented by eligibility for an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits program. For hires in Norway and the European Union, compensation will be provided in local currency and aligned with market benchmarks for comparable roles in the relevant country. Consistent with local regulations and transparency practices, specific salary ranges will be communicated during the hiring process.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as role scope, location, experience and individual qualifications.
