Provide one-on-one play-based ABA therapy to children with autism to build communication and social skills. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and maintain a safe therapy environment.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and the ability to maintain an active physical pace. Candidates must be willing to complete a paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Our autism services include diagnostic support, 1:1 individualized Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI), parent training, and school readiness programs across hundreds of centers in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, North Carolina, and Texas. Because no family should have to wait for help, ABC offers immediate access to care. We’re proud to support thousands of families with a diverse, dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinicians who are shaping the future of compassionate care.
