The Operations Manager will oversee the financial, safety, and compliance aspects of the clinic while leading a team of 25-50 professionals. They are responsible for driving clinical outcomes, managing budgets, and fostering strong community engagement with families.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of people management experience leading large teams across multiple sites or districts. A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred, along with high emotional intelligence and strong professional communication skills.
