About the role

This is an entry-level role on the Organisational Growth team — a small, strategic People & Culture team working across all our markets on people strategy, culture, leadership, talent, and org design. You’ll be the connective tissue: keeping a broad portfolio of initiatives on track, coordinating stakeholders across borders, and making sure the work that matters actually gets done. You’ll be central to the launch of our Leadership Academy in September 2026, and you’ll be involved in performance management, job architecture, and the people side of M&A integrations from day one. The role is based in Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Rotterdam, with some travel expected, reporting to the Head of Organisational Growth in Copenhagen.

What you’ll do

• Own the planning, logistics, and communication for the Leadership Academy programme (September 2026 onwards) — scheduling, participant comms, materials, vendor coordination, and follow-up

• Support planning and execution across the team’s portfolio: performance management cycles, job architecture projects, and L&D activities

• Coordinate the people side of newly acquired company integrations — onboarding, communication, and stakeholder follow-up

• Keep cross-market stakeholder communication running smoothly across everything the Organisational Growth team is working on — you’ll engage with people at all levels and across markets and cultures

• Build clear, well-structured workshop materials and presentations in PowerPoint

• Manage project documentation, shared workspaces, and team trackers in SharePoint and across our project tools

• Work directly with external vendors, facilitators, and programme partners

• Support the Head of Organisational Growth with the operational follow-through that keeps all active projects moving

• Spot opportunities to improve how the team works — using AI tools and automation where they genuinely help. We use Claude as part of our daily toolkit.
  

What we’re looking for

• A degree in HR, organisational studies, business administration, learning & development, or an applied social science with an organisational focus — or equivalent experience that demonstrates the same foundations

• Up to two years of relevant work experience, or none — if you’ve just finished your studies, that’s completely fine

• A structured, reliable approach — you can hold multiple workstreams at once without losing the thread

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — our company language, used daily across markets in writing, meetings, and materials

• Strong stakeholder communication skills — you engage confidently and professionally with people at all levels of the organisation and across different cultures and markets

• Genuine curiosity about people, organisations, and how they develop — you understand why culture, leadership, and structure matter

• A tech- and AI-curious mindset — you’re interested in how AI tools can change how we work, and you’ll actually try things out

• Energy for a high-paced, ever-changing environment where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same
  

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SharePoint, SessionLab, Monday, or PowerPoint

• Experience with or interest in change management, leadership development, or organisational design

• Exposure to multi-country or international environments
