The Preschool Teacher will deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction to children ages 3 to 5 while fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. They will also collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to monitor developmental progress and support each child's academic, social, and emotional growth.
Candidates must hold a degree in Early Childhood Education or a degree in another field with at least six completed courses in Early Childhood Education. Hands-on experience teaching preschool-aged children and a commitment to inclusive, mission-driven education are required.

As a Preschool Teacher at Acelero Learning, you will play a vital role in shaping the foundational experiences of children ages 3 to 5 within our Head Start program. As a Preschool Teacher, you will nurture responsive teacher-child relationships through the CLASS™ framework, cultivate a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment, and deliver age-appropriate, standards-aligned instruction. You will monitor developmental progress through ongoing assessments, tailor learning experiences to support the needs of all children, and actively engage families as collaborative partners in their child’s growth. You’ll also participate in continuous professional development and contribute to a team culture focused on reflection, learning, and improvement.
